If you are mistaken about the slipper size, send an email to info@bandajanas.com with a request for a different size.
Is the slipper disappointing and do you want to send it back? Do so within 2 weeks. After that, your trial period has expired.
Send your package with a return form. You will receive this by e-mail. In these cases, the return shipment is for your own account.
As soon as we have received your package, we will send your new order free of charge. Mail to: info@bandajanas.com, so that we can send a return form, or call (+31623869555) our customer service. We will solve it together! Note the order number, reason for return, and which products are involved!
